Harry Styles Hits Back After Westboro Baptist Church Protest At One Direction Gig: 'I Think God Loves All'

Harry Styles has spoken out against the Westboro Baptist Church after the controversial group boycotted One Direction's Kansas City gig last night.

WBC announced their plans earlier this week to protest at the concert, branding Harry and co "perverts" and denouncing their "sinful behaviour".

The 'What Makes You Beautiful' hitmakers have become the latest victims of the anti-gay group, who often bash celebrities and musicians, including Harry's ex girlfriend Taylor Swift.

"WBC will picket this perverted pop boy band from the UK who claim to be the world's #1 band," read a message on ther website this week. "Indeed, they are perfect representation of this filthy world and the sin-chasing, f*g-enabling, God-hating, Christ-rejecting UK who has banned WBC from preaching within her borders."

Chastising them for their behaviour, the message continued: "These freaks and their fans think it's funny for these five perverts to grab eacho other's a**es on stage. They glamourise sin and make a mock of God's standars."

It looks like the WBC carried out their plan to protest last night as Harry took to his twitter account befoere the gig to call out the group:

Despite the company outside, I belive in equal rights for everyone. I think God loves all. Thanks for coming to the show though.

Over the past few hours WBC have been replying to Directioners on their twitter account, who have followed Harry's lead and blasted the group for their protest, posting tweets including:

"Members of the Westboro Baptist Church are you kindest & most loving friends, while #OneDirection are the enemies of your soul! #FearGod."
